This Privacy Policy describes how Booth Creative collects, uses, and shares information when you use AI Droplet and the AI Droplet Dashboard at dash.boothcreative.co (together, the “Service”).

Booth Creative operates the AI Droplet Dashboard and related AI Droplet services. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@boothcreative.co or use the Support page.
Account and profile data: name, email address, authentication identifiers, and messages you send to support.
Operational data: device pairing identifiers, device names, prompt and settings configuration, job status, usage logs, credit balances, refill settings, and similar dashboard records needed to run the Service. Your AI Droplet may also send pairing identifiers, job status, and workflow data to the dashboard when processing images on a paired device.
Content you submit: prompts, configuration settings, input images, sample images, generated outputs, error details, and metadata needed to process, monitor, troubleshoot, and secure jobs.
Technical data: IP address, browser or client information, timestamps, and security or diagnostic logs generated when you use the Service.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Booth Creative does not store full payment card numbers. We may store Stripe customer identifiers, card brand, last four digits, purchase records, credit ledger entries, refill preferences, and payment status needed for billing and support.
To provide image features, prompts, images, outputs, and related job data may be transmitted to third-party AI providers. Those providers process data under their own infrastructure, security, retention, and abuse-monitoring practices.
Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential business information, regulated health or financial data, illegal content, or content you lack permission to process. Review AI outputs before client delivery or publication.
Booth Creative uses information to authenticate users, pair devices, process jobs, maintain credits and billing, operate auto-refill, prevent abuse, investigate errors, respond to support requests, improve reliability, comply with law, and protect the Service and our users.
We use service providers that process data on our behalf, including Supabase (authentication, database, and storage), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Trigger.dev (background jobs), AI model providers, and logging or security vendors as needed. These providers receive only information reasonably necessary for their role.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. Retention periods may differ for logs, prompts, images, outputs, and billing records. Deleted data may persist in backups or provider logs for a limited time.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact info@boothcreative.co with the subject line “Privacy Request” and include the account email. We may verify your identity before acting on account, billing, device, or content data.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No online service can guarantee perfect security. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where Booth Creative or its providers operate.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and Booth Creative does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information through the Service.
We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-dashboard notice where appropriate.
