Billing & Refund Policy

This policy describes how Booth Creative bills for AI Droplet credits used through the dashboard at dash.boothcreative.co, including purchases, auto-refill, refunds, and chargebacks. It supplements the Terms of Service and Booth Creative’s general Terms & Conditions.

Relationship to Booth Creative’s main site terms

Booth Creative’s general Terms & Conditions at https://www.boothcreative.co/termsconditionspolicy state that transactions are final upon completion and that purchases are non-refundable unless Booth Creative agrees otherwise. This policy applies those principles to dashboard credits and clarifies how they work for the Service.

Credits and pricing

The Service uses prepaid credits for AI image-processing workflows. Credit packs and custom amounts are shown in U.S. dollars before checkout. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, one (1) U.S. dollar equals one hundred (100) credits.

Credits are consumed when the Service processes jobs, tests, retries, or related provider usage according to the feature in use. New accounts currently receive a one-time balance of two hundred (200) credits. Booth Creative may change or discontinue signup credits prospectively.

Purchases and auto-refill

When you complete a checkout, you authorize Booth Creative and Stripe to charge your payment method for the amount shown. Saving a payment method or enabling auto-refill authorizes future charges when your balance falls below your chosen threshold, for the refill amount you configure, until you turn auto-refill off or remove the payment method.

Auto-refill settings, thresholds, and amounts are displayed in the dashboard. You are responsible for keeping payment methods current and for monitoring credit usage.

All sales final

Except as expressly stated below, all credit purchases are final upon completion of the transaction and delivery of credits to your account. Once credits are added to your balance, the purchase is complete.

Consumed credits are not refundable. Booth Creative does not refund credits that have already been used for processing, testing, retries, or provider charges, including credits spent before you request a refund.

Limited refund exceptions

Booth Creative may, in its sole discretion, issue a refund or credit adjustment for duplicate charges, proven billing errors, or a documented Service failure that prevented delivery of paid processing and was reported promptly to support.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method and may take several business days depending on Stripe, the card network, and your bank. Refunds may be denied for abuse, fraud, violations of the Terms, or requests made long after the charge.

Cancellations and payment methods

You may stop future charges by disabling auto-refill, removing your payment method through the dashboard or Stripe customer portal, or ceasing further purchases. Doing so does not reverse charges already processed or restore consumed credits.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, Booth Creative may pause paid features, disable auto-refill, or require updated payment details before additional processing or purchases continue.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, Booth Creative may suspend credits or account access while the dispute is investigated and may provide transaction and usage records to Stripe, the card network, or your bank.

You acknowledge that certain charges are non-refundable once credits have been delivered or consumed. If Booth Creative reasonably determines that a chargeback violates these Terms, the Billing & Refund Policy, or the general Terms & Conditions at boothcreative.co, Booth Creative may dispute the chargeback through available means, including collection remedies permitted by law, and may seek recovery of amounts owed plus applicable collection costs.

Taxes and receipts

Prices may exclude taxes where required. Stripe receipts and your dashboard usage history serve as records of purchase. For billing questions, contact info@boothcreative.co through the Support page with your account email, charge date, and amount. Never send full card numbers or passwords.
